Jeff has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Utah, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has been working in the mental health field for 13 years. Jeff is NOJOS (Utah Network on Juveniles Offending Sexually) certified, as well as an Approved Provider for the Utah Department of Corrections (UDC)/Adult Probation & Parole (AP&P). Jeff has worked with a variety of populations, including autism spectrum, juvenile and adult sex offenders, and substance abuse.

Receiving his Master’s Degree in Social Work from University of Utah in 1989, and his Licensure for LCSW in 1995, Mike holds extensive experience working with adolescents and adults with mental health and substance use issues and their families. He also has experience working with sex offender population in community-based programs, and within the justice systems, and is working toward becoming a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Professional (CSOTP). He is skilled at working within the juvenile and adult justice systems, Adult Probation and Parole (AP&P), drug courts, and state health and human services system.  His areas of specialty are mental health issues, working with sex offenders, substance abuse/dependence, cognitive thinking, and working with families, couples, and adolescents.

 

Mike became a therapist because he believes in people’s ability to facilitate change in their lives and empower themselves the people they were meant to be.  Mike is married and has nine children and 15 grandchildren.  Mike is fluent in Spanish.  He is an avid sports fan and loves gardening and spending time outdoors in your spare time.

Jen Wojciechowski, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in the field of social work for nearly 18 years. She completed her graduate degree in social work in 2006 at the Univerisyt of Utah. During her career, Jen has worked as a therapist with children, teens, and adults dealing with a variety of trauma-related issues and cyclical behaviors, including sexual offending behaviors. She has wide-ranging experience working with male and female adult sexual offenders within the corrections system, and has been trained in EMDR. She is passionate about supporting other in discovering their truth, embracing who they are, and finding ways of living a good life.

Jennifer has a Masters of Mental Health Counseling degree from University of Phoenix, and is a licensed Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She has experience working with clients dealing with grief, trauma, sexual behavior problems, and substance abuse. She has provided therapeutic treamtent to residential and outpatient cleints who have been convicted/adjudicated of sexual offenses, both adults and juveniles. Jennifer is trained in EMDR; certified in Matrix Intensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Specific Treatment, a certified MRT clinician, Motivational Interviewing certified, NOJOS (Utah Network on Juveniles Offending Sexually), and an Approved Provider for the Utah Department of Corrections.

Brett earned a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Utah. Brett has a Bachelor of Social Work Degree from Weber State University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, and was chosen as the Outstanding Graduate for both the Social Work Department and the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences. Brett has worked in social services for over ten years and been providing clinical therapy since May 2014. He is currently an Affiliate Provider with UDOC/AP&P. Brett specializes in treating substance use disorders, trauma symptoms, and identify issues. Brett is trained in providing sex offender specific treatment, Seeking Safety, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. He is currently completing certification in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) therapy.

Zach Bullock, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and statistician. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Psychology and is adept in developing and implementing program outcome measures. Zach’s clinical expertise enable him to utilize integrative treatment modalities to diverse target populations including at-risk children, adolescence and adults. He actively engages in evidenced-based research; more specifically, Zach has created the outcome measures for the Prison Education Program and is currently in the process of developing outcome measures for sex offender treatment providers. In addition, Zach is an Assistant Professor at Salt Lake Community College over the Mental Health curriculum.

Natalie has a Master’s Degree is Social Work from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science from Utah Valley University. Natalie is an Affiliate Provider for the Utah Department of Corrections. She has many years of experience in social services and mental health. Natalie is experienced in providing individual, marriage, family, and group therapy. She has worked with various populations including those struggling with addiciton, trauma, incarceration, attachment, and general mental health issues. She has also worked with individuals with intellectual disabilities, at risk children and families, abuse victims, and sex offenders. Natalie loves spending time with her family, dirt biking, shooting guns, and watching football.

Justin has worked in the social services and mental health counseling field for over 6 years and is an approved affiliate provider with UDOC/AP&P. He has worked with various populations, including trauma victims, addictive behavior, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, sex offenders, and general mental health. He takes pride in being able to connect with others and work with them on creating a better life for themselves. Justin is recently married, loves to snowboard, and plays electric guitar.

Nita received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from St. Catherine University/University of St. Thomas in Minnesota.  Currently, she is a Certified Social Worker, but is excited to continue her work  towards becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  Nita is the full time therapist under our contract with Weber County Correctional Facility, providing clients with brief solutions therapy and emotional support.  In addition she is participating as a liaison for the Mental Health Court.   Her previous  experience includes working at a residential facility for young men with anxiety disorders and a drop in center for youth experiencing homelessness.  Each provided her experience  in working with trauma, generalized anxiety, OCD, phobias, panic attacks borderline personality disorder and PTSD.  Nita is eager to continue learning and growing within the therapeutic field.  Outside of work she enjoys being active and spending time outdoors. She has a goal, one day, to adopt another dog, where it can be therapy trained and incorporated into her work.

Liz earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Psychology from Weber State University and is currently completing her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Utah. She has extensive experience working with teens experiencing a variety of mental health and behavioral problems, including experience with NOJOS (Utah Network on Juveniles Offending Sexually). Liz also has experience working with adults and parents involved in social services settings, including providing case management to adults experiencing poverty, homelessness, and substance use. Liz is currently an Affiliate Provider for the UDC/AP&P and enjoys working with offender populations. Outside of work she enjoys photography, baking, and spending time with her dogs.
